Advanced Foot and Ankle Class: A Structural Medicine Approach

Prerequisites:

Participants must understand the concept of Tensegrity as a model of human structure.

Participants must have read Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains and have working knowledge of the Myofascial Lines/Meridians.
Objective:
-
To understand the biomechanics of the foot and the effect of distortion in the myofascial meridians on the function of the lower leg, foot and ankle.

To be able to perform Myofascial Length Testing as an evaluative tool in diagnosing the foot and ankle.

Analyze results of Myofascial Length Testing as related to the myofascial meridians.

Create and execute treatment plan that is customized for each client's needs in direct relationship to structural alignment and integrity within the whole body.
